A Curated Culinary Journey The centerpiece of your luncheon is The Estate Tiers, a stunning three-story collection curated for the table. Indulge in an opening course of Artisan Charcuterie featuring Prosciutto di Parma and creamy local Brie, followed by a selection of Garden Savories including Smoked Salmon Blini with premium caviar and Petite Quiche Florentine. To conclude on a sweet note, delight in our Vineyard Sweets, highlighting “Dubai Style” Pistachio Knafeh cheesecake bites, delicate French macarons, and hand-rolled dark chocolate truffles.
