I grew up in Sacramento county but grew up in a winemaking family. My uncle owned Galvan Family Cellars in the Suisun Valley area so I grew up in and around the wine industry. Prior to college I worked for multiple beer distributors in Salt Lake City and Sacramento. After college I got into law enforcement and was a police officer in the bay area and in the Sacramento County area for a few years. After getting out of law enforcement I went back to help out at the family winery assisting my uncle with overseeing all operations including winemaking direct to consumer sales, and wine club management. After the winery closed its doors in 2020, I worked as a Brand Ambassador for Materra Cunat Family Vineyards in Napa. I then worked in Lodi as an Assistant Winemaker before getting into tasting room management. I had stints with Jeff Runquist wines in Amador, and Cielo Estate Winery in the Sierra Foothills. While working for Cielo as their General Manager, I proactively created a small wholesale market for the winery in order to increase brand awareness and drive business back to the winery. I quickly realized that my passion in the wine industry was in wholesale. Being able to build and maintain relationships with my clients and create new clients and relationships was the direction I wanted to go in with my career. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife Melina who is a registered nurse at UC Davis and my two kids who are 7 and 2. I enjoy fishing, wine tasting, and attending Sacramento Kings games.
